How do you see the evolution of interactions between brands and points of sale?
Christophe Polsenaere recalls the context in which we are: consumer behavior has completely changed, the smartphone has become an extension of his hand and is in perpetual search for information.
In order to be reactive and adapt to the needs of the consumer, it is necessary to give more autonomy to franchisees while adapting the local sales dynamics of the brand.
To do this, it is necessary to make available to the points of sale simple tools for use that will enable them to manage all communications made to consumers within the store (PLV) and at the digital level (local web pages, paid/semi-paid media, Google My Business, customer reviews, etc.).
