Christophe Polsenaere again highlights the interest of having simple tools to use and the assistance of local digital marketing professionals, in order to fulfill and achieve the different communication objectives, as Carrefour Belgium did with Mobilosoft.
Then, in the second part of the video, a reminder is given on the importance of properly managing customer reviews: collecting them to know the overall reputation of the point of sale, responding to them to maintain/improve the image of the store, and extracting criticism (both positive and negative) to improve the consumer's experience on the ground.
