The Franchise Club in a few words :

The Franchise Club is a meeting and exchange space between franchisors and companies that provide development levers for networks. The club offers various physical and virtual events around the themes of economic success, communication, digitalization and identity and brands.It was founded in 2016 by Yves Sassi, an expert in franchise network management with over 30 years of experience in the field, first as a franchisor and then as a consultant to large groups such as Banques Populaires or l'Express. In addition to The Franchise Club, he created in 1997 The Franchise Observatory, a leading website in the world of franchising.
Collaboration between the Franchise Club and Mobilosoft
This collaboration was born out of a common desire: to support franchise networks with best practices for managing their points of sale. We worked around a central question:How to organize local digital marketing for a franchise network?This year, marketing challenges are all the more important given the COVID context: More and more of our clients are wondering about the ideal management mode to properly operate their local digital marketing. Should we maintain a centralized management from headquarters, or should we decentralize this management at the local level? How to implement it, what are the responsibilities of each,...?
