Medi-Market partners with Mobilosoft in a Web-to-Store approach
Medi-Market is accelerating its Web-to-Store strategy by leveraging Mobilosoft's expertise. Faced with a consumer who searches online before heading to the store, the brand is deploying a structured approach to effectively guide online users to its points of sale.

The evolution towards web-to-store
Nowadays, consumers do not necessarily go on the Internet to make online purchases. More and more often, they research online, then go to a physical point of sale. Medi-Market has called on Mobilosoft to develop a targeted approach to this new buying behavior.
The Medi-Market group, currently has four active parapharmacies in Belgium with the ambition of reaching 10 points of sale by the end of 2016. What are their particularities?
- The lowest prices with discounts ranging from -10 to -50%
- A wide choice of products with over 8,000 references in each point of sale
- Advice provided by a multidisciplinary team in nutrition, care, beauty…
Online sales:
Following the positive feedback from their physical stores, the Medi-Market group has decided to extend part of its concept to online sales: Medi-Market. The ultimate goal? To create continuity between the in-store experience and online access for people who are unable to travel.
Bringing internet users to the store
But Medi-Market doesn't intend to stop there. "Indeed, the search for a point of sale and a product is increasingly coming from the Internet (smartphones and computers)", explains Nicolas Znamensky, digital manager of Medi-Market. "It therefore seemed essential to us to help consumers find what they need in the most efficient way for them. The solutions proposed by Mobilosoft allow us to direct internet users to the point of sale that will welcome them best according to their constraints (location, opening hours, availability, etc.)".
